Returns at Your Discretion

Maybe you got your festoons confused with your rigid loops. You know how "they" all look alike. Or your 12V G4 is really a 120V GY6.35. Ugh, who woulda thunk? Hey, things happen, so if you need to return an item, we understand.

HOWEVER, returns must be requested within 14 days of the original invoice date for non-defective products; thereafter, all sales are final. All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging with all accessories, blank warranty cards, and owner's manuals.

Returns are charged a 20% restocking fee unless a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time of the return request. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

When returning a product, use a carrier with tracking. The customer assumes responsibility for insuring the return shipment and filing the claim for lost or damaged returns. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item — and we promise to do this as quickly as possible, since we're really nice people.

Special Order & Non-Stock Items

These orders consist of, but are not limited to: items we do not stock, quantities above what we normally stock, orders totaling over $500.00, and custom-ordered items. These order types are not returnable.

Please note: almost all items on our website are NOT special-order items. No tricks involved here — we will notify you before processing your order if it is non-returnable.

Damage in Shipping

On occasion, the carrier will drive over your package with a forklift. So you're responsible for inspecting your order for damaged, missing, or defective items and reporting it within 5 days of receiving the order. Reports after that time will not be honored.

Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the credit card of original purchase. Shipments not delivered (i.e., lost) by the delivery company will be reshipped at no additional charge.

Shipping & Website Errors

Should you receive product you didn't order because of a shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge. What's fair is fair.
