Free standard shipping on all US orders. We ship via UPS Ground and the US Postal Service. Your order will typically be delivered in 5 to 7 business days, and many orders ship out the same day.

In the case of a back order, we will notify you within five business days. Please contact us if you need expedited delivery or have any additional questions.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international locations (yes, we know Canada is an international destination, eh!) will most likely incur additional charges. We have plenty of experience with these shipments and will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval.

International Orders, Customs Duties & Tariffs

Any shipping quote we provide covers transportation only. It does not include import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage charges, or destination-country taxes (such as VAT or GST). These charges are set and collected by the destination country's customs authority and the delivery carrier — not by Batteries N Bulbs — and they are the responsibility of the customer, who is the importer of record.

We cannot predict or control these amounts, and they are billed to you separately by the carrier or customs office, usually at or before delivery. If you are unsure what to expect, please check your country's import rules before placing your order.

If a shipment is delayed, held, or returned by customs because import charges were not paid or required documentation was not provided, Batteries N Bulbs is not responsible for the delay. Orders refused or abandoned in customs are handled under our Return and Refund Policy; original and return shipping costs, along with any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees already incurred, are non-refundable.
